Understanding ADHD Through Creativity

LEARN ABOUT US
Our Journey
An initiative that began as a personal exploration of psychology, with a growing focus on understanding attention, behaviour, and ADHD in teenagers. Driven by an interest in how individuals think, focus, and function differently, this project uses creative tools and reflection to simplify complex ideas around attention and productivity. Through design-led approaches, it aims to build awareness, encourage understanding, and offer practical ways for young people to navigate focus and learning challenges more effectively.
OUR PURPOSE
Passion for Health
This initiative uses creative tools and design as accessible ways to explore attention, focus, and mental well-being among teenagers, with a special focus on ADHD. By combining visual expression with basic psychological understanding, it encourages self-awareness, better focus strategies, and open conversations around attention challenges, helping young people feel understood and supported in their everyday learning and routines.

OUR FOUNDER

Adhya Gupta
Adhya is a high school student with a strong interest in psychology, art, and biology, and a growing curiosity about how emotions and the human mind work. She started this project to explore mental well-being through creative expression, believing that art can be a powerful and accessible way to understand ADHD and related topics. Her vision is to build a thoughtful platform that encourages emotional awareness, empathy, and open conversations around mental health, especially for children and teenagers navigating everyday challenges.
What We Do: Creative Solutions for Attention and Learning

Art Sheets - Art drive at a school
Art drive at a NPO, introducing simple art activities to help students improve focus and expression. The session highlighted how creative tasks can support attention, especially for students facing concentration challenges like ADHD.

Color Mood: Social Experiment
A small social experiment using colour flashcards, asking participants to associate emotions with each colour. The project explored how colours influence mood, attention, and perception, linking visual stimuli with psychological responses.
